The Twenty-two thousand dollar federal WISH Homeownership Grant is back. This year Refined Lending is excited to be opening the WISH Grant to Veterans! Contribution can come from gift funds or borrower bank account, and this program is available for conventional, FHA & VA financing. Borrower must complete certified First Time Home Buyer counseling class (certificate required).
