- 4:1 Matching grants available up to $29,172 on a first come first serve basis until program funds are exhausted.
- Must meet low-to-moderate income household eligibility.
- Homebuyer contribution can come from gift funds or bank account.
- Available for Conventional, VA and FHA financing.
- First Time Home Buyer counseling class certificate required.
