The team I’ve been working with, Sami Ragsdale, Wendy Guerrero-Cruz and Mike VonBank (heck, the guy even has “Bank” in his name) are top notch!! They are infinitely knowledgeable (which is nice for a guy that knows nothing about lending). They are immediately responsive (and when you’re about to spend a bit of money on a house, “responsive” equals peace of mind). And they are just all around nice folks – calling when I request a call, kindly helping me through weird paperwork and silly questions and nicely nudging me when I need a gentle reminder that some piece of paper is necessary or a signature is due. These folks have made the mortgage loan process about as painless as signing your name 42-times could ever be. They seriously are the bomb!!! Thanks gang!!
