Mary was seriously the best! Friendly! Organized! Available! Informative! Knowledgeable! She never missed a beat no matter the time of day or night, and she knew the answer to every question I had and always went over and above my expectations. I have purchased homes before but this experience was like no other. It was so cool to meet her in person at closing because you spend so much time talking over email and phone. I told her she got the award for best lender ever and I meant it! There is something to be said to be able to deal with a real person and not just be a number amoungst numbers in a pile a mile high of other applications. I think she answered every single phone call the whole time we worked together. I could go on and on but the bottom line is she is the best! I was not paid to say this!
