Given the unprecedented situation that our country and our world are facing with the spread of COVID-19, we want to assure you that The Refined Lending Team is taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our staff, clients, and business partners.

The Refined Lending Team is approaching our business in an optimistic yet realistic way. As of right now we are fully operational and there has been no disruption to our business. We cannot predict what effect this may have long term. We will continue to maintain high levels of service for our clients and business partners. This in no way affects our ability to work on your behalf as your mortgage lender. Here are some of the temporary changes we have put in place:

  • The majority of our team members are working from home or remote locations. For those coming into the office, we are using a rotational shift schedule, minimizing the number of people we have in our building at one time.

  • We are offering clients virtual ways to submit documents and encouraging utilizing tools such as Skype and Zoom to have face-to-face conversations.

  • Our entire team is required to stay home if they are not feeling well or showing symptoms of illness. They have been directed to stay home and isolate if any of their family members have COVID-19.

We are currently maintaining our schedules, but with health and safety as a top priority. We are moving meetings to online meetings or conference calls. We are encouraging all clients to utilize technology such as Cam Scanner to electronically submit documents.

Useful tools for submitting documents and virtual communication:
CamScanner
Skype

If you need to drop off physical documents we ask that you utilize the drop box at our Blaine office located at 9240 Baltimore St Ne, #110, Blaine MN 55449.

We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and encourage you to contact us directly (call/text 651-283-1305, Email AskNate@RefinedLending.com) should you have any questions.  We wish you all safety, peace and good health!
